Vidhi Mitra, aimed at spreading awareness about contemporary legal issues and established rights of the people, is organising a webinar cum discussion on the topic “CCI’s decision to Initiate Actions Against WhatsApp for breaching Anti-trust provisions” with Advocate Sai Deepak J.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Adv. J. Sai Deepak is an engineer-turned litigator, graduated from Anna University with Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, after which he went on to pursue LLB from IIT Kharagpur. After completion of his law degree, he joined “Saikrishna & Associates as an Associate, where he has been promoted as an Associate Partner. Having an experience of more than a decade in the legal field, presently he is practicing as an Independent Practitioner before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.
Mr. Sai has carved a niche for himself in IP litigation, competition law, indirect taxation, economic offences and drug regulatory laws. He is an avid writer and has articles to his credit in reputed international journals such as “Max Planck Institute’s International Review of Intellectual Property Law” and Competition law, and national journals.
