About The Speaker:-
Advocate Lokenath Chatterjee,
He completed his schooling (ISC) from Don Bosco School, Park Circus, Kolkata and B.A. LLB. (Hons) from National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS). While at NUJS; also he had also held positions of the Chief Mentor and Director, Society of International Law & Policy (SILP).
He practices primarily at the High Court at Calcutta. He’s a member of the Bar Library Club & the Supreme Court Bar Association; and has argued and has been part of several cases of seminal importance.
He has been a resource person for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) laws in the Post Graduate Diploma in Business Laws (PGDBL) course at NUJS & the Certificate Course in Arbitration offered by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). He has been part of several television debates on legal and allied issues. He’s also taken the Contract Drafting course of Lawctopus.
